The person across from you

A psychotherapist and executive coach with a decade of corporate work behind her.

I'm a trained psychotherapist and executive coach based in the UAE, working with clients online worldwide.

I spent more than a decade in corporate work before training as a psychotherapist. Today I work one-to-one across time zones, in English, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, and Kashmiri.

I use evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, SFBT, and REBT) along with a holistic approach tailored to each client's emotional and psychological needs.

I work across cultures, with clients rooted in South Asian, Middle Eastern, and European contexts. That means understanding the unspoken: family expectations, identity, faith, migration, and the quiet weight of holding more than one world at once.

Everything we discuss is confidential, held under professional ethics and data protection standards.

Good therapy isn't about being fixed. It's about being understood, and then choosing what comes next.

Anxiety

Do I have anxiety?

A racing mind, a tight chest, the sense that something is about to go wrong even when nothing is. Anxiety shows up differently for everyone — in thoughts, in the body, in sleep. If you've been wondering whether what you're feeling counts as anxiety, you're not alone.

Depression

Am I depressed?

Depression isn't just sadness. It can feel like numbness, heaviness, or losing interest in things that used to matter. Sometimes it looks like withdrawing from people, or pushing through the day while nothing feels rewarding.

ADHD in adults

Do I have ADHD?

Many adults realize they've been living with ADHD only after years of masking — exhaustion, procrastination, or a mind that won't settle. ADHD isn't a deficit of attention; it's difficulty regulating attention, especially when tasks aren't naturally stimulating.

Trauma and PTSD

Could this be trauma?

Trauma isn't only what happened to you — it's also how your nervous system still responds. Intrusive memories, hypervigilance, and avoidance can linger long after the event itself is over.

Teen mental health

Is my teen struggling?

Adolescence is already intense. When low mood, anxiety, or withdrawal last for weeks, it's worth paying attention. Many parents wonder whether what they're seeing is 'just hormones' or something more.

Children's mental health

Is my child struggling?

Children often show distress through behavior before they can name it. Changes in sleep, mood, play, or school engagement can be early signals that something is going on underneath.

Before you book

Common questions.

Both. I'm a trained psychotherapist and a certified executive coach. Therapy looks at patterns, feelings, and what's underneath. Coaching is more focused on goals, decisions, and what's next. Both have their place. After your intake, we'll figure out together which one fits where you are right now, and you can switch paths as you go.

Most people feel a shift in 3 to 5 sessions. Things tend to settle in over 8 to 12. Some stay longer. Others wrap up sooner. I'll be honest with you about where you are.

Most people aren't, until they are. The form is free and there's no obligation. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you.

Not right now. I work one-to-one. I can refer you to colleagues who specialize in couples work.
