Digital products and refunds
The paid items on this site are digital products delivered immediately. Because the report is generated from your answers the moment the assessment is complete, completed digital products are not returnable. Nothing has to be shipped or sent back, and there are no delivery charges anywhere in the world.
What counts as a digital product
- The personalised deep report (USD 10), generated from a completed self-test and delivered by email and a private link.
- The two-sided couples tests — the Relationship Check-in and the Compatibility Check (USD 49 each, covering both people), with the joint report delivered by private link once both people have answered.
Delivery
Delivery is electronic and immediate. Deep reports are available as soon as payment confirms. Couples reports unlock the moment the second person finishes answering. There is no physical shipment, no shipping cost, and no customs or import step.
Refunds on digital products
Once a report has been generated, it cannot be returned, so completed purchases are not refundable. Two exceptions are always honoured:
- Delivery failed. If a report was paid for but never became available to you, it is either fixed or fully refunded.
- Duplicate or accidental charge. Charged twice, or paid for something you never started? Fully refunded.
For a couples test where the second person has not yet answered and you no longer want to continue, write in and it will be refunded.
Sessions and session packs
Therapy sessions are a service, not a product. A paid session can be rescheduled; unused sessions in a pack stay on your account as credit and do not expire. If you decide not to continue, any unused sessions in a pack are refunded on request.
How to request one
Email komelkaurpsychology@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout. Requests are answered within 24 hours, and approved refunds go back to the original card.
