Relationship checks, grounded in psychological research

Free attachment style quiz, love language test and couples compatibility checks

Five checks, built on published attachment, conflict and compatibility research. Three you can take on your own in a few minutes, free. Two you take with your partner, each answering separately, for one joint report.

  • Free to start
  • Private from each other
  • About 10 minutes each

Start with your concern

Pick the sentence closest to what is on your mind. Each one goes straight to the check that answers it.

What you get

You each answer alone

44 questions on your own phone. Your partner never sees what you said.

One report, both sides

Your scores next to theirs, so you can finally see the same picture at the same time.

One conversation to have

Your widest gaps, what they mean, and one talk to have this week without it turning into the usual fight.

Built on published psychology

These are assessments, not personality quizzes

Attachment research

The attachment items follow the anxiety and avoidance structure used in adult attachment research, from Bowlby and Ainsworth through Hazan and Shaver's work on adult romantic bonds.

Conflict and repair

The conflict scoring draws on Gottman's observational work on criticism, defensiveness, withdrawal and repair attempts as the strongest markers of how a couple handles disagreement.

Love languages

The five channels come from Chapman's framework, scored so you see your lowest channel as well as your highest, which is where most mismatches sit.

Expectations, not vibes

The two-sided tests score money, family involvement, children, faith, location, roles and career separately, because untested expectations, not chemistry, are what couples usually collide over.

Educational assessments reviewed by Komel Kaur, M.A. Psychology, CBT- and DBT-trained. They describe patterns and expectations. They do not diagnose any condition.

  1. Step 1

    You answer, on your own

44 questions, about 10 minutes. No one is watching over your shoulder, and that's the point.

  2. Step 2

They get their own private link

Emailed straight to them, or you send it yourself. They answer separately, with no sight of your answers.

  3. Step 3

Pay only when both sides are in

Once both of you have answered, USD 49 unlocks the full joint report. Nothing upfront, and nothing lost if one side doesn't finish.

This assessment is educational. It is not a diagnosis, not couples therapy, and not suitable as a safety assessment. If there is violence, coercion or fear in the relationship, please contact local support services rather than starting here.
